What kind of license do you offer?

The license we currently offer is a perpetual single-PC license.

Why doesn’t my license key work?

Please contact us and provide a screenshot showing the error message you’re receiving. Also, please note that license keys for WinISO 7 can be used only with WinISO 7, while license keys for WinISO 6 can be used with WinISO 6 only.

  • WinISO 7 license key format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
  • WinISO 6 license key format: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX... (64 characters in total)

Do I need an internet connection to activate the license?

Yes. WinISO 7 must connect to the license server to activate the license for your computer. If the license cannot be activated in WinISO 7 due to network issues, you can manually activate it in a web browser on a computer with an internet connection.

Can I transfer the license to another computer?

Yes. For WinISO 7, deactivate the license on your old computer before activating it on a new computer. For WinISO 6, no deactivation is required. If the old computer is no longer available, you can contact us to reset the license.

Can I upgrade my WinISO 6 license to work with WinISO 7?

We are currently offering a discount on purchasing licenses of WinISO 7 for users who purchased the license of WinISO 6 between 2019 and 2022.

Why is WinISO 7 failing to start and displaying an error message saying “Entry Point Not Found”?

F-Secure DeepGuard, a feature of F-Secure’s security products, may mistakenly prevent WinISO 7 from running due to a false positive. To fix the issue, try adding WinISO 7 to the exclusion list of DeepGuard.
